Step 01
Raw grain is unloaded, scalped and pre-cleaned before it goes into storage.
Step 02
Size, density and surface cleaning remove stones, dust, husk and damaged kernels.
Step 03
Water is added evenly and the grain rests so the bran toughens and the endosperm mellows.
Step 04
Roller mills or stone mills grind the grain step by step into flour, semolina or grits.
Step 05
Plansifters, purifiers and finishers separate flour, semolina and bran by size and quality.
Step 06
Pneumatic and mechanical conveyors move stocks between passages, with fans and filters handling the air.
Step 07
Finished flour is fortified if required, check-sifted and discharged from bins to packing.

The price depends on the machine, model size, capacity, construction (mild steel or stainless steel), level of automation and whether installation is included. A single gyro sifter and a complete roller flour mill are very different investments. Send us your grain, required output per hour or per day and the end products, and DPG will prepare a quotation with the machine list and specifications.
It depends on your grain and how dirty it is. Most plants start with a drum sieve or pre-cleaner at intake, then a vibro separator with an aspiration channel, then a destoner. Wheat mills usually add a horizontal scourer and an intensive dampener; pulse plants often add a gravity selector cum destoner. Share a sample description and your capacity and DPG will recommend a cleaning flow.
Yes. Many DPG machines come in several sizes. For example, the plansifter covers 2–3 to 6–8 t/hr and the pin mill covers 500 to 10,000 kg/hr. Plants are configured around your target capacity, and some machines (such as filter-sleeve guide tubes or the bin discharger) are adapted to your exact requirement.
