What is the Flaker Machine?
The DPG Flaker Machine flattens conditioned grain into flakes between a pair of heavy rolls. It is used in cereal and corn flakes plants.
How it works
Steamed or conditioned kernels are fed evenly between two heavy, smooth rolls under high pressure. The roll gap sets the flake thickness.
