What is the Maize Cutter Machine?
The DPG Maize Cutter Machine is used in maize processing to cut and break kernels in the grit and semolina sections. Breaking the kernel in a controlled way helps separate germ and bran from the endosperm and supports flour and grit yield.
How it works
A belt-driven rotor cuts the maize kernels as they pass through the machine. The broken material is then graded, aspirated and further processed into grits, semolina or flour.
