What is the Pneumatic Slide Gate?
The DPG Pneumatic Slide Gate opens and closes product flow using an air cylinder. It can be used on the bottom of screw conveyors as an intermediate discharge, below hoppers as a cut-off valve, or as an emergency shut-off gate to stop material surges.
How it works
A double-acting pneumatic cylinder moves a flat slide across the flow opening. Limit switches can signal the gate position to the control system.
